Trading Members

Trading memberships are available to international brokers who meet the BSX requirements, without limitation on numbers, unlike broker-owned exchanges which traditionally limit membership numbers by selling seats on the exchange.

International firms wishing to become trading members must incorporate a broking subsidiary in Bermuda as an exempted company, meet the Minimum Net Capital requirements of the BSX, and pay the BSX trading membership fees.
