The Aurum Isis Fund was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on October 16, 1997 and is currently registered as a public fund in that jurisdiction.

The investment strategy of the Fund is to seek substantial capital appreciation with low levels of volatility through strategic allocation of funds to a variety of advisers who utilize many instruments and asset classes including trading futures, options, foreign exchange and securities instruments in markets around the world.
