The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on the 15^th October 2009.

Premier International Limited owns 100% of Premier Aqua (UK) Plc, a company located in the United Kingdom. Premier Aqua specializes in the development and sale of Atmospheric Water Generators, which extract water from the air. Clean drinking water is a precious commodity and also a growth industry, and Premier Aqua is placed to take advantage of this market over the coming years.
