RAM HOLDINGS LTD ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF VICTORIA W. GUEST AS GENERAL COUNSEL

HAMILTON, Bermuda - 16 June, 2009 - RAM Holdings Ltd. (BSX:RAMR) (Pink Sheets:RAMR) announced that Victoria W. Guest has resigned as General Counsel of RAM, effective June 14, 2009, to pursue another employment opportunity.
