Lancashire Holdings Ltd - Notification Of Share Transactions
Hamilton, Bermuda - 03 August, 2009 - Lancashire Holdings Limited ("Lancashire" or "the Company") (Ticker: LHL.BH) makes a notification of share transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and Connected Persons. This disclosure relates to transactions notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
