Lancashire Holdings Ltd - SGM Update Announcement

Hamilton, Bermuda - 23 November, 2009 - Lancashire Holdings Limited ("Lancashire" or "the Company") (Ticker: LHL.BH) announces that notice of the Special General Meeting ("SGM Notice") to be held on 16 December 2009, a form of proxy and a form of direction for holders of depository interests have been posted to shareholders today.
