HSBC Investment Solutions Plc Announces Re-structuring Of Funds

Hamilton, Bermuda – 18 February, 2010 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), HSBC Investment Solutions (“HIS”) announced changes to Funds listed on the BSX.

 

  1. HIS – Global Bond Fund USD (TICKER: ALPMGBI BH) will amalgamate with the HSBC International Select Fund – MultiAlpha Global Aggregate Bond Fund. As a result the fund will close and de-list from the BSX effective 18 February, 2010;
  2. HIS – Global Credit Bond Fund (TICKER: ALPMGCB.BH) will amalgamate with the HSBC International Select Fund – MultiAlpha Global Aggregate Bond Fund. As a result the fund will close and de-list from the BSX effective 18 February, 2010.
