Hamilton, Bermuda: April 24, 2008 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by PVAXX Limited (PVAXX / the Company) that following discussions with their advisors and due to the continued poor market conditions the company will no longer be pursuing a listing on AIM at this time. The management continues to evaluate all opportunities, which will enable the company to roll out its business and do not rule out reviving the AIM listing when conditions allow.

The current halt in trading is under active review by the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
