Bermuda Commercial Bank Warrants De-listed From BSX.

Hamilton, Bermuda: 2 June, 2008 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange today announced the de-listing of the Bermuda Commercial Bank Warrants. The Warrants were issued in 1995 as part of a Rights Offering. The de-listing was granted as a result of the expiration of the Warrants on Friday, May 30th, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. in accordance with the amended terms of issue. The delisting is effective as of Monday, June 2^nd, 2008.
