A cash dividend payment of USD 0.63505 per Certificate in respect of shares in the Indian listed company Infosys Technologies Ltd. due 20 May 2010 will be paid on 24 June 2008 to holders of both the 144A and RegS Certificates. The record date for this payment was 02 June 2008.
