 The US$100,000,000 Series 2016-1 Class C Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due January 8, 2019 (the “Class C Notes”), which will be exposed to Named Storms affecting the Named Storm Covered Area, Earthquakes affecting the Earthquake Covered Area and Europe Windstorms affecting the Europe Windstorm Covered Area on an annual aggregate basis during the Risk Period.
