Hamilton, Bermuda – January 25, 2018 —In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), has today announced board changes.  The filing stated:

One Communications Ltd. hereby announces that effective 24 January 2018 Mr. Charles Jillings has stepped down as a Director of the Company and Mr. Alasdair Younie has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company.
