Delisting of SAF Group Finance Limited GPB£250,000 - 10% Secured Medium Term Note Due March 26, 2024

Hamilton, Bermuda:  March 26, 2024 – SAF Group Finance Limited (the “Company”) advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed GPB£250,000 - 10% Secured Medium Term Note Due March 26, 2024                                    

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Tuesday, 26 March 2024.

Redemption of SAF Group Finance Limited Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – March 26 2024 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms on March 26, 2024 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£250,000 Issue #5 10% Secured Medium Term Loan Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
