BF&M Limited (“BF&M”) Share Repurchase February 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 March 2019 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), BF&M Limited (the "Company"; Ticker: BFM.BH) advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of February 2019 the company repurchased 41,473 common shares at an average price of $16.16.  The Company advised the repurchased shares were reserved for issuance.
