Redemption of Centaur Group Finance Ltd - Segregated Account #1 - Tranche 011 - US 12% Bonds, Due May 15, 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda – 23 May 2019 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary de-listing of Centaur Group Finance Ltd - Segregated Account #1 - Tranche 011 - US 12% Bonds, Due May 15, 2019.  Centaur Group Finance Ltd filed the following release: 

Centaur Group Finance Ltd. in respect of "Centaur Natural Resources Bond" Segregated Account #1 (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in full on 15^th May 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed US$265,000.00-Series 11-12% Bonds due 15^th May 2019 (the ”Notes”), in accordance with its terms, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
