Hamilton, Bermuda – 10 June 2019 — In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of May 2019 the company repurchased 887 of its common shares at an average price of $3.50 for immediate cancellation.
