Fibonacci Reinsurance Ltd., Series 2018-1 Partial Redemption & Maturity Extension

Hamilton, Bermuda – 11 October 2019 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), Fibonacci Reinsurance Ltd., (the “Issuer”), announced the partial redemption of US$5,000,000 and maturity extension for the Fibonacci Reinsurance Ltd., Series 2018-1 Class A Participating Notes due 10 October 2019. The maturity date of the Notes has now been extended to 10 January 2020 and $15,000,000 of the notes are now outstanding.
