Hamilton, Bermuda:  03 December 2019 –In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (the “Bank”; Ticker: NTB.BH) advised that during the month of November 2019, the Bank purchased for Treasury 383,600 Common Shares at an average price of $33.79 per share.
