Bank of Butterfield - $150 Million Subordinated Notes Series B - Due July 2020 delist From The BSX

Hamilton, Bermuda – 03 July 2020 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary delisting of Bank of Butterfield - $150 Million Subordinated Notes Series B - Due July 2020, at the request of the Issuer.  The Notes have matured and have been redeemed.
