Hamilton, Bermuda – 14^th, April 2021 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary delisting of Eclipse Re Ltd., Series 2020-02A Notes - SAC EC0027 - due April 1^st, 2021 at the request of the Issuer.  The Notes have matured and have been redeemed.
