Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited Withdraws from BSX Listing

Hamilton, Bermuda – 14^th, April 2021 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces Jardine Strategic Holdings Limited has, effective today, Wednesday, 14^th, April 2021, voluntarily withdrawn from its BSX listing of its common shares pursuant to its amalgamation with Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited.
