Horizon Therapeutics Treasury DAC Announce the Amendment and Restatement of US$867,040,436.27 Promissory Note Due 20th, May 2026

Hamilton, Bermuda: 24^th, May 2022 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Horizon Therapeutics Treasury DAC (the "Issuer”) Announce the Amendment and Restatement of US$867,040,436.27 Promissory Note Due 20^th, May 2026.  The full filing stated.

Horizon Therapeutics Treasury DAC (the “Issuer”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange of the amendment and restatement of a US$867,040,436.27 promissory note due May 20, 2026 (the “Promissory Note”) whereby the outstanding amount shall now bear interest as follows: (i) US$498,000,000 of the amount shall bear interest at 3.28% per annum; and (ii) US$369,040,436.27 of the amount shall bear interest at 8.1% per annum.  The Issuer is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Horizon Therapeutics PLC, which is listed on NASDAQ (HZNP) and provides treasury services to other companies within the Horizon group.
