Hamilton, Bermuda:  24^th, June 2022 – Ancelltek Holdings Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Second Ranking 9.00% Secured Loan Notes Issue #1 Due 15^th, June 2022 (the Notes).

Redemption of Ancelltek Holdings Limited – Second-Ranking 9% Secured Loan Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 15^th June 2022 – Ancelltek Holdings Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms as of 15 June 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed £220,000 – Second-Ranking 9% Secured Loan Notes - Issue #1, the said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
