Hamilton, Bermuda (June 27, 2022) – Argus Group Holdings Limited (the “Group”; “the Company”; the “Argus Group”) today announced that effective July 1, 2022, the company will extend the share repurchase program and purchase up to 150,000 shares over the next year, at market prices on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
