De-Listing Announcement:- Caro Investment Holdings Limited’s Voting Shares De-Listed Following Acquisition by Zeno Capital Limited.

Hamilton, Bermuda:  September 29, 2022 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange announces the de-listing from its Official List of the Ordinary Shares of Caro Investment Holdings Limited (the Company).

The delisting follows receipt by the Exchange on September 20, 2022 of the notice from the Company of the acquisition of its entire voting share capital by Zeno Capital Limited.
