For Immediate Release - (Hamilton, Bermuda) Somers Limited (“Somers”), a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of September 2022, Somers had no repurchases of its own common shares.

The number of common shares in issue as at September 30, 2022 was 24,410,115 (net of nil treasury shares).
