Hamilton, Bermuda – 20th January 2023 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms on 20th January 2023 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP100,000 - Series 31 - Issue 70– 8.0% Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
