Extension of Maturity Date: - Herbie Re Ltd Series 2020-2 Class C Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda: 25 January 2023 – Herbie Re Ltd.,(the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the extension of the maturity date of the Company’s BSX listed Series 2020-2 Class C Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due January 6, 2023 to January 8, 2026.

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.
