Hamilton, Bermuda: 31 March 2023 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”), BF&M Limited (the "Company"; Ticker: BFM.BH) advised of the appointment of a new Chairperson. The filing stated:

Please be advised that following Mr. R. John Wight’s resignation as Group Chairperson of the Company on 7 December 2022, a permanent Group Chairperson has been appointed.

 Effective 24 March 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Anthony Joaquin as Group Chairperson.
