The Company is the holding company of a property development group, whose projects are located in New South Wales, Australia.  The Group is undertaking two projects in Tea Gardens, New South Wales.  The primary project is the development of land for residential purposes (anticipated yield approximately 1,000 to 1,500 lots) and its other project is the development of a 281 house retirement village.
