Zeno Capital Ltd was incorporated and registered in the BVI on January 21, 2011 (#1628131) as a closed ended Investment Company under the provisions of the law governing public funds.

The Zeno Capital Limited 2% Fixed Rate Subordinate Perpetual Participating Bond (“the Note”) will be offered to Qualified Investors under Section IIIB of the BSX Listings Regulations.

The Note will accrue fixed coupon payments on a semi-annual basis while carrying a profit participation in ring fenced transactions from common shareholder funds. The Company seeks to provide a positive return through direct and indirect investment in commercial property development as determined by the Founders and Management.
