Tramline Re II Ltd. is a Bermuda exempted company incorporated on May 27, 2013 under the laws of Bermuda, and registered as a Special Purpose Insurer in Bermuda.

The nominal market capitalization of the Notes is US$75,000,000 being the total face value of the Series 2013-1 Class A Notes which are exposed to the perils of Earthquakes as a catastrophe event as described in the offering circulars, and as affecting the Covered Area during the Risk Period on a per occurrence basis; (the “Notes”).

The Notes will each be issued in minimum denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof
