Artex SAC Limited (formerly Kane SAC Limited) is a Bermuda exempted company incorporated in Bermuda on 2 July 1981 and registered as a Class 3 insurer and as a Class C insurer under the Insurance Act 1978, as amended, and registered as a segregated accounts company under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000 on 5 April 2005.

Program of insurance-linked notes with general terms as described in the prospectus dated on 8 July 2013 and specific terms described in the applicable prospectus supplement for each series of notes issued pursuant to the Program, each of which shall be linked to certain perils, and each of which will be linked to a separate segregated cell established by the Issuer.
