Loma Reinsurance (Bermuda) Ltd. (the "Issuer") is a Bermuda exempted company incorporated on November 18, 2013 and is to be licensed as a special purpose insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, as amended.

The Notes are exposed to Covered Events on an annual aggregate basis, consisting of any combination of Tropical Cyclone Events, Severe Thunderstorm Events and Earthquake Events.
