BRITANNIC OPPORTUNITIES LIMITED (“the Company”), was incorporated with limited liability in Guernsey and registered on 18 December 2013 (registration number 57717) under the provisions of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 1994, as amended (now operating under The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008) and having a share capital comprised of 10 Management Shares of GBP1.00 each and 999,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each. Ten Management Shares are in issue for administrative reasons and were issued at par. The Company is recognised as a closed-ended investment company and is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

·        Participation in full positive growth of FTSE100 Index

·        38% digital return should the index be positive

·        100% of the growth in the index level above 138% of the initial index level

The shares currently listed as A Class Shares denominated in GBP. The A Class GBP-denominated Shares will be allocated to each Shareholder who, on the Closing Date remains invested in the Company.
