The Issuer is currently part of the OCM Group.

OCM Luxembourg Maple S.à. r.l is owned by OCM Luxembourg OPPS IX S.à. r.l and OCM Luxembourg Opps IX (Parallel 2) S.à. r.l, both of which are managed from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg by a board of directors and are owned by funds managed by Oaktree, a global investment firm that together with its affiliates manages various assets, primarily in less efficient markets and alternative investments for institutions and high-net worth individuals.
