Eden Re II was incorporated in Bermuda on November 5, 2014 and licensed as a special purpose insurer effective as of December 9, 2014. The registered office of Eden Re II is located at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda. Eden Re II is registered as a segregated accounts company under the SAC Act.
