Investment Objective:
The Investment Objective of the Global Private Equity One Limited (“GBPOL”) is to invest in the Private Equity Opportunities Portfolio, being a diversified portfolio primarily consisting of corporate private equity investments. Private equity investing broadly refers to the purchase of equity, or equity-linked securities of unlisted, privately-held companies and then adding value through organic growth, restructuring, acquisitions and/or rationalisation.

A Class Shares are the shares allocated to each Shareholder who subscribed for an aggregate subscription amount that is less than USD3,000,000 (less than 3,000 Shares).
