Conservative Yield Fund (the "Fund") isa segregated portfolio of Golden Hind International Investments SPC Ltd., (the “Company”). The Company is a BVI segregated portfolio company under the provisions of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004, as amended, incorporated on 22 February 2013 (Registration Number 1761730). It is recognized as a professional mutual fund under the Securities and Investment Business Act 2010, as amended of the laws of the British Virgin Islands. The Company is authorised to issue 1,000 Class A Shares and 24,500 Classes B through P Shares of $1.00 par value each. It has designated the Class D Shares as the Shares to be issued in respect of the Conservative Yield Fund.
