Investment Policy and Objective

In the Investment Adviser's opinion, uncertain recent worldwide economic conditions and low yields have created demand from Investors for Investments that provide capital preservation in GBP and growth potential in a relatively stable currency.

The investment objective of the Company is to provide the Investor with a unique equity-linked investment with 100% GBP principal preservation, if  held to maturity, assuming no Credit Event has occurred.

The Company's Articles of Incorporation do not restrict the investment policy or the investment of the Company's assets.

·      47,299.929 Class B - USD shares totaling USD 41, 235,605.28 - start share price - USD 871.79 per share subject to rounding arising from processing of individual deals as at July 28, 2020.

As at August  27, 2024 the total number of Class B USD shares in issue now stands at 126,295.344
