IG EMI Holdings Proprietary Ltd (the Issuer) was established on 27 January 2022 in South Africa. The Issuer is part of an innovative property and development Group based in Cape Town. The Issuer is focussed on domestic and international real estate investments. While it does not itself own real estate or developments, it invests in entities that either (i) own real estate stock or (ii) indirectly owns real estate stock.

The Issuer will utilise the proceeds of the bonds to provide loan finance to the certain companies within its Group for the purposes of providing additional working capital to its Group and funding further commercial property investments.
