(the “Issuer”), a Bermuda exempted company, limited by shares and registered as a special purpose insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978 and related rules and regulations, each as amended (the “Insurance Act”), and owned by a Bermuda purpose trust. The Issuer was incorporated under the laws of Bermuda on May 30, 2023. The Issuer’s registered office is Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda.
