Global Exchange L.P. (Canada) (the “Fund”) is an Ontario limited partnership. The Fund was organized on June 23, 2025.
The Fund is expected to contribute substantially all of its assets to a Cayman Islands based Master Fund and the Master Fund General Partner will have overall responsibility for administering the business and affairs of the Master Fund.
