Redemption of Centaur Group Finance Ltd-Segregated Account #3 - Tranche 007 Bond Due 15 May 2019

Hamilton, Bermuda – 03 June 2019 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary de-listing of Centaur Group Finance Ltd-Segregated Account #3 - Tranche 007 Bond Due 15 May 2019.  Centaur Group Finance Ltd filed the following release:   

Centaur Group Finance Ltd. in respect of its Segregated Account #3 "Centaur Natural Resources Bond 3" (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in full on 15 May 2019 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed USD$190,000 Series 6, Tranche 7, Bonds in accordance with its terms, said Bonds have been delisted from the BSX.
