Hamilton, Bermuda: 2 June 2023- In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s below listed Secured Loan Notes:

·         Acamar Films Limited - Secured Loan Note - Issue 024, 8.50% Notes Due June 2, 2023

·         Acamar Films Limited - Secured Loan Note - Issue 025, 7.50% Notes Due June 2, 2023

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Friday, 2 June 2023.
