Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 June 2023 – Integrity Re Ltd (the “Company”) has requested of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) a maturity extension of their Series 2019-1 Class A Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes (the “Notes”). The BSX confirms the maturity extension of the Notes to 12 June 2028.

 

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.
