Hamilton, Bermuda: 8 August 2023- In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, First Coast Re II Pte. Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s below listed Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Note Program and Series 2019-1 Class A Notes:

 

·         First Coast Re II Pte. Ltd Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Note Program

·         First Coast Re II Pte Ltd Series 2019-1 Class A PAR VR Notes due 7 June 2023

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Tuesday, 8 August 2023.
