Hamilton, Bermuda: 29 August 2023 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, White Rock Insurance (SAC) Ltd. advised of the following appointment:

 

 

Notice is hereby given by White Rock Insurance (SAC) Ltd. ("Issuer") to the Bermuda Stock Exchange pursuant to Section V, Regulation 6.13(1)(i) of the BSX Listing Regulations, of the appointment of Charles Thresh and Michael Morrison of Teneo (Bermuda) Limited as joint provisional liquidators ("JPLs") for the Issuer with respect to certain segregated accounts linked to the Issuer ("Affected Cells"). The Issuer's note programs (being the "ILS Program" and the "Randolph Re Program") and the notes issued pursuant to such note programs are not linked to the Affected Cells and the Issuer otherwise continues to operate in the ordinary course of business.
