Hamilton, Bermuda: 19 September 2023- Following the Exchange being advised of their early redemption by the Issuer, the BSX announces the early redemption of Wrigley Re Ltd Series 2021-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due July 8, 2024 (the Notes).

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Tuesday, 19 September 2023.
