Hamilton, Bermuda – 23^rd October 2023 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms on 23^rd October 2023 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GB£310,000 - Series 37 - Issue 81 – 7.0% Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
